How can I become a member of The Friendship Clubhouse?
To become a member, please contact us directly to schedule an intake appointment. We will assess your needs and provide information on how to join our community and access our services.
What insurance is accepted?
We accept Medicaid for our services. However, for members who do not have Medicaid or have not yet started receiving it, funding is available through the Ashtabula County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board. Please contact us directly for more information and assistance regarding coverage and funding options.
How can I get involved or support The Friendship Clubhouse?
There are various ways to get involved, including volunteering, donating, or participating in community events. Please contact us for more information on how you can contribute to our mission and support our members.
What should I do if I need immediate support or crisis assistance?
If you require immediate support or are in crisis, please contact emergency services or reach out to a local crisis hotline. You can also call the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline for 24/7 support. Our staff is available during office hours to provide additional support and resources, but urgent needs should be addressed through emergency services or the crisis hotline.
What if I do not have transportation?
Ashtabula County medicaid residents have access to free or low-cost transportation options through Job and Family Services. Please contact us for further details on how to arrange transportation to and from our services. We’re here to help ensure you have the support you need.
Do I have to attend the Clubhouse everyday?
No, membership is voluntary. Members have the flexibility to attend the clubhouse at their convenience during our operating hours, which are from 9 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
